Shipping Information:

Modelhorse4u.com ships United Parcel Service Ground, United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We require your street address for delivery. All orders received by midnight eastern time will be shipped no later than the next business day. Insurance is not optional and the cost is incorporated into the shipping charge. Please let us know immediately about any shipping problems with your order. Orders that are determined by UPS or USPS to be incorrect will be assessed an additional shipping charge of $15.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, notify us immediately (within 24 hours) and we will issue a return authorization for the unused merchandise - Returns that are not authorized will be refused. This policy is necessary in order to protect the non-use integrity of our inventory. For returns that are authorized; we will issue a full merchandise refund for orders that were less than $50; and for orders over $50 that received Free shipping we will impose a 20% re-stocking charge or $8.95, whichever is greater. Merchandise must be returned, new, unopened and in original condition immediately, but no later than two weeks after purchase (no exceptions - Christmas Merchandise no later than January 9).
